This machine adopts double-Belt Grinding that can be carried out on all sides of the glass polishing and is used simply. When you are operating the machine, you only slam the pedal valve to polish the sides of glass, which is operated easily. Pneumatic system adopts imported pneumatic component, which has long lifetime, easy to maintain, filter water automatically; drop water and auto lubrication function.

This is a special purpose and machine spreading two-part polg sulfide sealant when making aluminum groove type insulating glass and curtain wall glass.
The main and auxiliary pumps activated by hydraulic lubrication oil and compressed air, controlled by no-touch-point electric control system, is smooth to run, flexible and reliable to change direction, continuous and stable to produce sealant, high in efficiency and convenient to use and maintain, so it is one of the most important equipment to make aluminum groove type insulating glass and curtain glass.

1. RGC CNC glass cutting line uses the imported servo motor, CNC controller and advanced control interface. Thus it is easy to handle and is of high cutting precision.

3. Automatic CAD designed graphs and figures help the CNC glass cutting line to realize automatic cutting with all the cutting data fully computer controlled. EMSF Automatic Molecular Sieve Filling Machine
EMSF automatic molecular sieve filling machine is available for both the bended spacer frame and ordinary corner connected frame. Adopting PLC controller, this desiccant filling machine for insulating glass can automatically punch holes and fill the molecular sieve. According to the size of aluminum frame, the filling height can be adjusted. Parker molecular sieve filling machine is equipped with dust filter and the desiccants are hermetically filled. The desiccant will not absorb the water in the air, so the service life of the insulating glass is largely increased. This desiccant filling machine can also seal the hole manually if needed.
